The FitBall Overball is the premier mini-ball, made by the creators of the FitBall Therapy Ball.

The Soft Gym Over is a very versatile 25 cm. ball which is soft on impact. It is made of soft PVC foam that is easy to grip and provides resistance for a variety of isometric exercises. The Overball enhances resistance training, Pilates or other workout routines. These balls can be thrown at full strength.

Available in red, yellow and blue, the Overball is easy to grip and does not hurt on impact. Its soft, smooth texture, very light weight and portable size make exercising at home, office or travel easy and pleasant. If not fully inflated they can also be used as a lumbar support, dynamic seating or unstable platform.
