The Cotton batting option provides slightly more cushioning at 3″ thick, but is slightly smaller. This Shiatsu Massage Mat creates the ideal, nurturing environment for body and breath work, and is especially light-weight, perfect for practitioners on the go. It comes with a fabric strap and a cotton twill zippered, washable cover.
