This Thai Massage Mat is a traditional polyfoam or futon-style cotton batting mat that is wide enough to stretch out upon comfortably and its medium-density 2″ thick foam provides ample cushioning. The 3″ thick cotton batting provides softer and thicker support. This mat creates the ideal, nurturing environment for body and breath work, and the foam option is especially light-weight, perfect for practitioners on the go. Cover is durable cotton twill that can be removed for cool water wash and damp dry. Our Thai Massage Mat includes a fabric strap and is made to order. Please allow at least one to two weeks for delivery.
