About Tara Fraser
Tara Fraser took her first Yoga classes alongside her mother at the age of 6. She qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga and has been teaching since 1993. Tara believes yoga can help everyone to live well, feel good and age gracefully. Her style is eclectic drawing on many traditions but heavily influenced by the personalized and therapeutic approach of TKV Desikachar which has been her own practice for over 10 years.
Tara is the founder and co-director of Yoga Junction where she teaches regular classes and courses and BWY teacher training programmes. She is the author of five best-selling yoga books (IncludingYoga for You and The Easy Yoga Workbook) and lectures and teaches nationally and internationally.
