The flow of body, breath, and focus encourage the increase of vitality to the body and calmness to the mind. In TriYoga Strengthening, there are 2 parts. The first is a series of continuous flow of postures designed to increase circulation and strength in the upper body. The second series focuses on increasing circulation in the lower body, while building strength in the hips, legs, and feet.
