TriYoga Free the Hips focuses on the hips and lower body to help create greater health and vitality in the pelvic region, legs, and feet. You will learn to move your hips in their natural directions, progressively increasing strength, flexibility and circulation. The practice restores openness to the hips, allowing you to move with more ease and fluidity. This DVD contains 10 sequences, so you can enjoy all 10 in one session, giving a full 60 minute practice, or you can practice them individually.
TriYoga Free the Spine emphasizes wavelike spinal movements that help promote strength, flexibility, and energy in the spine, as well as the chest, abdomen, chest, arms, and hands. The flow of body, breath, and focus encourage the increase of vitality to the body and calmness to the mind. This DVD contains 10 sequences, so you can enjoy all 10 in one session, giving a full 60 minute practice, or you can practice them individually.
In TriYoga Strengthening, there are 2 parts. The first is a series of continuous flow of postures designed to increase circulation and strength in the upper body. The second series focuses on increasing circulation in the lower body, while building strength in the hips, legs, and feet.
