Desi Bartlett has been teaching fitness classes for over 16 years. Her innovative approach to teaching is to encourage students to tap into their inner joy and let the movement be its outward expression.Desi has an undergraduate degree in kinesiology, with a minor in dance, and a master’s degree in corporate fitness. She holds advanced certifications in yoga, personal training, and group fitness. She is also a continuing education provider through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Council for Personal Trainers. Originally from Chicago, Desi now lives in Southern California.
