About Colette Crawford

Colette Crawford, RN, BSN, is co-director of the Seattle Holistic Center, developer of a nationally acclaimed Holistic Prenatal Program, and Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training Program.  Colette, began yoga as a teenager in the late 1960’s and was certified as a teacher in 1986. She is an experienced nurse specializing in maternal/child health, labor and delivery and childbirth education. For over two decades Colette has taught thousands of women in her prenatal and postnatal classes.

Through the I Can Birth®, birth education program, and Prenatal Yoga Program, Colette has taught women and teachers from all over the world. Colette is dedicated to helping women and their families actualize their inner wisdom to birth and parent consciously.
